Two - Day Workshop Seminar (Hands-on)
** Sixteen hours of credit will be granted toward continuing education.

This 2 day hands-on, participatory workshop is for the Dental Professional.

    Seminar Schedule:

DAY ONE
Lecture - Examination, diagnosis, treatment planning, and fee setting for each individual patient explaining why each patient fits into the category of either low, medium, or high fee range. Creating a natural looking denture by using Geneva esthetic guidelines and Geneva 2000 anteriors. Lecture on Occlusion and the use of AutoCentric posteriors.
Demonstration and Hands-On participation using the AccuDent Impression System.on each patient the office procedures which includes the impressions, vertical, centric, esthetic control base, six anterior set ups for each patient.
Pour models and creat the lower denture outline using the Myostatic guidelines.
Lunch.
Participant will continue with their patients doing the office procedures under supervision and always having the opportunity to have a demonstration for the next step prior to doing the procedure on their own.
Throughout the rest of the afternoon the objective is to have the student complete and master impressions, and begin fabrication of baseplates for taking vertical and centric, and fabrication of an esthetic control base.
Lecture and demonstration of denture delivery and adjustment.
Adjourn for the day.

DAY TWO
Participant will continue with their patients in the fabrication and try-in of the esthetic control base.

Demonstration and Hands-On participation establishing vertical and centric.

Demonstration setting the six anterior teeth.
Lunch.
Hands-On participation setting the six anterior teeth and six anterior teeth try-in and adjustments.
Demonstration of post insertion care of the patient following the delivery of the dentures after the first 24 hours.
Lecture on post processing and refinement, which is done in the laboratory after processing.
Lecture and review of the entire office procedures.
